1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 88cb online gaming platform ("we", "88cb", "Platform") and all its users ("you", "User").

By creating an account at 88cb or using any service on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using 88cb.

2 Eligibility & Registration

• You have not previously had any account closed or suspended by 88cb.
• A person may hold only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

The information you provide at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. 88cb may request additional documents for identity verification. 88cb reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Management & Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your 88cb account. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify 88cb support immediately.
• You are responsible for all transactions carried out through your account.

88cb uses SSL encryption and modern security measures to keep your information safe. However, 88cb is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of or negligence regarding your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

88cb supports transactions through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made from a mobile number registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally added to your account quickly.

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
• 88cb reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

88cb offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Specific terms apply to all such offers.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Larger deposit example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

Wagering requirement:

• To withdraw a bonus, you must place bets worth 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

VIP Program Cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

If a bonus is claimed across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method, 88cb reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel the bonuses.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

88cb believes in fair play. All games are conducted fairly and transparently. By participating in games, you agree to the following rules:

• Game results are verified and there is no opportunity for manipulation.
• Exploiting any system error or bug for an advantage is prohibited.
• If a technical error occurs in any game result, that round may be cancelled.
• Automated play through software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• 88cb's decisions regarding gaming activity are final and binding.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88cb platform and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading identity information.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Dishonestly exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to hack or breach the gaming software.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Making deposits into multiple accounts from the same payment method.

8 Privacy & Personal Information

88cb gives the highest priority to protecting your personal information. By creating an account, you agree to our privacy policy.

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.

• Information may be disclosed to authorities in cases of legal obligation.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

88cb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual financial activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Legal instruction or order from a regulatory authority.
• In the interest of platform security or the protection of other users.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, unless the reason for closure is related to a violation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88cb is not responsible for the following:

• Financial losses resulting from gaming — the risk of loss in gaming always exists.
• Temporary unavailability of the service due to unexpected technical issues.

11 Changes to Terms and Their Effect
